The NiteRider Solas 30 Cycling Tail Light  includes one Rubber strap type mounting bracket and one Charging Cable, USB to plug into the computer or wall outlet adapter. It does NOT include the wall adapter used to plug the unit into the wall outlet. The NiteRider Solas 30 Cycling Tail Light is rechargeable using a USB or regular Phone Charger.
