Fool's Gold 50/100 mile Mountain Bike Race 2010

Mudfest! It rained and stormed all night before the Fool's Gold 50/100 mile Mountain Bike Race in Dahlonega, Georgia.

I came in Last Place in the 50 miler. 11 Hours 20 Min time.

I won the Turtle award for finishing in last place in the 50 mile Fool's Gold Mountain Bike Race Dahlonega, Georgia.. A case of Terrapin Beer for the Fool's Gold 50/100 mile Mountain Bike Race Dahlonega, Georgia. Beacuse of such muddy conditions the 100 mile mountain bike race was cut short to 50 mile. There were worn out brake pads every where. Topeak Ergon Endurance .

Appalachian Trail Hike/Camp. Unicoi Gap to Low Gap

Started our Hike From Unicoi Gap Parking lot just North of Helen, Georgia. We proceeded South to Low Gap Shelter. Camped Over night at low Gap Shelter then Hiked Back to Unicoi Gap Parking. 20.1 Miles, 13 hours 15 min Hike Time.
